IIIC aims to work towards facilitating the students at Inderprastha Engineering College of Engineering, to pursue their passion and think beyond the job market. The efforts and orientation of IIIC would be in a manner where an Industry-Academia alliance would help the students reach the pinnacle of success, and also ensure that the elite faculty members of Inderprastha Engineering College, are amongst the most sought-after teaching fraternity.
About Us
The IIIC is committed to enhancing existing ties with industry partners to professionally train students in cutting-edge technological fields through industry collaborations, ensuring they meet specific sector needs and are fully prepared for the workforce.
Objectives
To bridge the gap between academia and the real-world needs of the industry, through various activities that expose students and faculty to industry practices, technologies, and challenges. This will enhance the quality of education, research, and improve the employability of students.
Step 1: Curriculum Design and Flexibility: Customized programs aligned with industry needs, technological advancements, and specific skill gaps.
Step 2: Industry Collaboration: Understanding industry skill requirements and tailoring courses accordingly. It also provides opportunities for internships, apprenticeships, and job placements.
Step 3: Multidisciplinary Approach: Integrating different engineering specializations and related fields to create a well-rounded curriculum addressing modern challenges.
Step 4: Collaboration and Partnerships: Working with Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to align programs with national standards.
Step 5: Certification: Offering certifications under institutional authority, recognized by employers and other institutions.

Milestones Achieved:
- MoU’s and collaborations achieved with 40 organizations with specializations in various field.
- The details of key organizations are,
- Garuda Aerospace: To establish a Centre of Excellence which will train students in the field of Drone aerospace technology and prepare a new generation of Drone Engineers and Certified Pilots.
- Electronic Sector Skills council of India: To provide students an opportunity in government-sponsored skill development programs and other relevant schemes like the Skill Development Cell initiatives or ISDS.
- Advanced Level Telecom Training Centre, BSNL Ghaziabad: As a prominent training institute for the telecommunications sector in India, it also provides training in the field of Business & Finance for Faculty and students. We can collaborate for various multidisciplinary workshops and training programs with shared resources.
