About the Journal

Journal of Management is a peer-reviewed Online Bi-Annual Journal, that publishes original research articles, review papers, and case studies on various aspects of global business and management. The journal focusses to publish high quality research in the area of commerce, management, finance, accounting, Indian economy, entrepreneurship start -ups, international business and taxation. The journal invites innovative research from experts, addressing different issues in their respective areas. It also focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation that provide valuable insights for start-ups and small businesses operations, enabling them to direct the complexities of the global business environment. The journal's applications are multifaceted as its findings can form inputs into strategic actions by businessmen after studying them; government policies such as tax reforms, company leaderships through taking key decisions.

The editorial board consists of well-known academics who specialize in different areas of economics. These individuals oversee the stringent review processes that manuscripts undergo to ensure that they maintain the highest academic standards possible. This is an issue where this journal goes beyond looking at one thing only but covers a wide range of subject matters under this heading. The Journal commenced publication in 2026 and invite submissions from researchers in English language only.

  • Objectives

    To strive to publish high-quality, peer-reviewed articles, case studies, empirical research, methodical contribution, that contribute to the development of new knowledge, insights, and best practices in various management disciplines, such as finance, marketing, human resource management, strategy, organizational behavior and entrepreneurship for advancement of understanding of business environment and practices across Globe.

    Scope

    Journal of Management is an annual peer reviewed journal devoted to publication of research papers in the area of Management. It seeks to disseminate information on the prospective of scholars and experts, in the area of finance, marketing, human resource management, strategy , organizational behavior , entrepreneurship and International Business .The journal will publish innovative and original research works and will provide a forum to exchange the ideas among scholars . The Journal is intended to provide support to academician, research scholars, corporate personnels, practitioners and researchers.

    Journal Policy

    To ensure high quality publication ethics, the authors are expected to follow the ethics policy of Journal of Management before making submissions in the Journal. Objective of the policy is to specify the role clearly to maintain the research integrity of the Journal. The policy defines the role of authors, editors and reviewers clearly.

    Authors

  • The article submitted should be an original work of the author and should not have been submitted to any publication platform .
  • If the text and idea is referred, that should be fully referenced otherwise considered as plagiarising work. Required to disclose the sources from where the text or idea are copied. Plagiarisms in any manner consider as unethical behaviour and is unacceptable.
  • Provide details of the corresponding authors and other authors so that the journal shall be communicated to the reviewer and the editor regarding the originality of the paper .
  • Co- authors must have checked and approved the final draft of their work before it can be submitted for publication, and the corresponding author is responsible for making sure that all contributors are acknowledged in the final edition of the work. When the editor or publisher demands source information, authorship documentation, or originality, they must promptly answer and fully comply.
  • The author should not claim the copy right related rights at any circumstances .
  • Any other support from the third party should be acknowledged in the acknowledgement.
  • The author is bound to submit copyright as per the format of the journal .
  • It is the author’s duty to promptly notify the editors of any material errors found in the published work and to assist in the edit or correction of the publication.
  • Responsibility of the editors

    The editors need to ensure the followings to maintain the quality of the Journal:

  • Editors are in charge of upholding the Journals' reputation by accepting and publishing unique, pertinent, and high-quality content.
  • Involve in fair editorial evaluation ethics during the evaluation process. The evaluation of manuscript is purely based on the original content submitted by the scholar, and should have relevance to the call for papers.
  • Provide a transparent review and publication process to the authors so that the quality of the journal should not be compromised in any circumstances.
  • After evaluation the updates should be communicated to the authors, once a decision has been made on publication.
  • Make sure that there is no financial interest with respect to the publication of the articles.
  • Do not disclose details of the submitted manuscript to anyone, other than reviewer.
  • Ethics for Reviewers

    The reviewers need to ensure the followings:

  • Maintain the confidentiality with regard to the submitted manuscript.
  • The identity of the authors should be kept hidden in the file name of the manuscript.
  • Review submitted work within due date and impartially.
  • Provide advice to editors, in case required.
  • Ensure that there is no conflict of interest with the authors.
  • If found similarities between submitted manuscripts and with third party content or with other published works or so has to be reported to the editor urgently.
  • Unpublished materials submitted in a manuscript
  • Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Submission of research work is accepted through online mode. After submission, it will be sent for review process. Comments and final decisions of the review will be informed through online mode .
  • The length of a paper should be around 6,500 words (including all notes, references, tables and appendices).
  • The author/s should ensure the followings in respect of the manuscript:
    1. Length of the abstract should not exceed more than 300 words.
    2. Keywords 5-6.
    3. Details of all authors should specify clearly such as name, affiliation, address, email and telephone no.
    4. .Manuscript should be free from any spelling and grammatical mistakes.
    5. The uploaded file should not name with the author’s name.
    6. All references should clearly mentioned in reference section.
    7. APA (American Psychological Association) style of referencing has been followed and clearly mentioned in the reference section.
    8. The authors must ensure for plagiarise free manuscript submission and the similarity index is less than 15%.
  • The authors have to declare the following through copyright.
    1. The manuscript is purely original work of the author and solely submitted to this journal and it has not been submitted in any conference or in any publication source or has not been published in similar form.
    2. Any support from a third party has been Acknowledged in the paper.
    3. All research work submitted in the journal will be reviewed with peer reviewed system ( may take minimum 20 -22 weeks). The decision regarding the acceptance / rejection / revision and resubmission will be intimated through online mode.
    4. The Editorial team reserves the right to make suitable changes during edit in the papers submitted.
